Care is organised into the Baby Room for ages 0-2 and Toddlers & Pre-School for ages 2-4.

The Baby Room supports ages 0-2. Toddlers & Pre-School is one combined group for ages 2-4.
Settling in
Settling-in sessions are offered as often as needed. A typical pattern begins with one hour with a parent, followed by two hours without a parent, but this is adapted for each child.
Funding overview
The nursery can talk parents through 15 funded hours, 30 funded hours, funded hours only and additional hours or days.
Everyday care
Practical reassurance for families
The nursery combines attentive care, clear communication and freshly prepared food throughout the day.
Safety and training
Nursery access uses an intercom system. CCTV covers all rooms and the overall property. Staff are DBS checked and registered with the Update Service, and all staff are paediatric first-aid trained.
Outdoor play
Children have access to outdoor play every day, with recently updated and extended garden spaces.
Fresh food
Meals and snacks are freshly made at the nursery. Allergies and dietary requirements are catered for with alternatives, and menus change seasonally.
The Famly app
Families receive updates through Famly, including nappy changes, food, sleep, messages, observations, reports and photographs.
Term dates and closures
Open 51 weeks each year.
The nursery is open Monday to Friday throughout most of the year. Contact the nursery team for the current closure dates, including the Christmas closure and bank holidays, so you receive the latest confirmed information.
