The enquiry and showaround forms may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email address, telephone number, a child’s name and age, preferred visiting times, childcare requirements, funding information and the message you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, arrange requested visits and discuss childcare requirements. It is sent by email to the nursery team. The information is not used for unrelated marketing or sold to another organisation.
Retention and security
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as it is needed to respond, arrange childcare or meet a legal obligation. Please avoid including medical records, safeguarding information or other highly sensitive details in the website forms; contact the nursery directly instead.
Your rights
